Another favorite! My kids ask for the “car game” all the time! I loved playing this game as a kid so I totally understand!
The object of the Rush Hour Game is to maneuver a red car through a traffic challenge until it reaches the exit. The first part of the game involves setting up the traffic challenge. There are four levels of difficulty and 40 challenges that your child can master to win the game.
This game targets the following skills:
• Executive functioning
• Following directions
• Motor praxis
• Visual discrimination
• Visual motor integration
• Visual perception
*Bonus* With my older kids, I have them write the directions while solving the puzzle! It’s great for sequencing and understanding directional terms.
Who else loves using this game in therapy?! 2019-09-30
